Returns

We accept returns only for:

damaged products
defective items
incorrect products received

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
clear photos/videos of the issue

Items must be:

unused
unwashed
in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

change of mind
color preference differences
minor handmade variations

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
